Sonos Play 5 S1 doenst light up - 12 and 24 V available

Is there a fix for the Plat 5 S1 which doenst come up.

The power supply is ok, the 12 and 24 Volt is there.

Any idea what can cause the problem?

I an no electrician, but I think the voltage requirement is 100 - 240 (or something like that).

Check the label.

The input power is ok 220V ac and the switched power supply inside is good, it delivered the 12 and 24 Volt!

Yes, read  many posts and all are about no secondary power (no 12 and 24 Volt) but on my Play 5 the 12 and 24 Volt is there and think its something about the control unit.
