Sonos feature request.  With the recent anniuncement of a budget soundbar, the Sonos S36 Soundbar (Fury), Sonos appears to be focusing on soundbars for TV audio.I personally find this disappointing.What I would love to see is the capability to connect 2 Play 1s/One SLs/Ones to a TV for Audio.Why? I want 1 product that will provide a great Audio experience for movies and music. In my opinion a soundbar can't provide that, particularly for music. A stereo pair provides better stereo separation and a wider sound stage and therefore a better audio experience than a soundbar.I do recognise the challenges of video and audio syncing over WiFi. Could this be accomplished with a new Sub that connects to the TV by HDMI eArc, and the stereo pair feeds off the Sub over WiFi?I'm picturing a new, smaller sub connected by HDMI eArc, a One SL and a One. 2.1 audio experience providing a superior audio experience over a Beam.Option for another 2 One SLs for rears to provide 4.1. Or maybe even proper 5.1

Hey Sonos Community, Just providing a feature request — “Full” or “Multi-Stereo” output from TV would be amazing. I know Sonos surround systems do this for music inputs, but they won’t do it for TV.  My use case is I listen to a lot of music on my Apple TV and currently my Beam surround system up-mixes stereo to Dolby Surround. This sounds terrible in my opinion — really washy, it cuts in and out and puts all of the sound on the beam instead of across all of the speakers evenly.  My suggestion to Sonos is a simple toggle button under the “Surround Audio” menu on the Sonos App that says “Don’t up-mix stereo sources to Dolby Surround”.  It’d fit well under the current setting for “Music Playback” as “Full” or “Ambient” under the same menu.  Thoughts? Sonos can we make this a thing?

Hi—we tried to connect our new Beam Gen 2 to our TV, and now the TV cannot play audio at all.  So we are looking for a new TV that is compatible with the Beam Gen 2.  For those of you that have and use it, what TV have you successfully paired it with?

Hello sonos guys.  I’m constantly changing my subwoofer level.  when I use it by day I put a Normal volume. When by night I put minus 6. When I play music another level, etc  it would make my life a lot easier if I had an iOS widget only dedicated to change my subwoofer level. thanks a lot, David.

I placed my order a few days ago, and it has been sitting in this status ever since.  The estimated delivery date gets moved one day forward every day.

It’s been a while but now the SPAM bots are out in force, over 20 posts this morning alone.  HAve the filters been removed?

I would love it if (Alexa-enabled?) Sonos speakers had the option to announce the title and artist of songs in between them playing. e.g. “That was Eight Days a Week by The Beatles. Next up is Thunder Road by Bruce Springsteen.” This would be SO helpful when shuffling a playlist you’ve never listened to before, or one you haven’t listened to in a while. Plus, for voice-enabled speakers, it would give you an extra moment to decide if you want to skip a song before it starts playing.

Has Sonos severed or suspended its commercial operations in the Russian Federation given it is engaged in a fascist invasion of a sovereign state and stands accused of war crimes? Yandex Music is a Russian entity.

Has anyone else experienced the horrible tech support now that it has been shipped to a third party over seas. It no longer is the knowledgeable friendly professional tech support that in the years of owning a complete Sonos system I have come to know. Now it’s being put on “Mute” till I have to hangup due to no response or a tech that talks so fast they must be on a time constraint to get me off the phone. Then hangs up at the end of a very painful call with no thank you for being a valuable customer or do I have any other questions no Bye--- just hangs up.  Bring it back to the US of A. at least I won't be put on Mute or Hung up on.  

We camp a lot and having the ability to pair two (or more) roams together would be so beneficial. Many of the roam competitors already offer this feature, PLEASE consider this. 

I have owned multiple Sonos products over the years.  I regret this due to the many hours I have had to spend reconnecting Sonos to my network.  I have never had any product come close to the frequency of lost connections or the difficulty of reconnecting.  Half the time I have to involve a Sonos tech or live without Sonos for a while.

I own a professional music studio & production facility… audio is routed through our facility using our Dante network which integrates seamlessly with our existing network switches/infrastructure. Dante is quickly becoming the state-of-the-art, industry-standard for professional digital audio routing & a lack of Dante support for Sonos is the only thing stopping us from going “all in” on Sonos for our general facilities. Dante is Ethernet based, so it should in theory be possible to add compatibility with the Sonos Port via a software update  Also – POE powered Sonos speakers would be A+++ 🙏

Dear All,I have 4 rock speakers Rock Monitor 60-SM  :Impedance : Ohms channel stereo or 4 Ohms mono. Max input Power : 70 watts mono  or 35 watts /channel stereo.How do I connect rock speakers wire to Sonos Amp?Please share with me how I will do preferred wiring diagram.Thank you 

We bought a new Roam for our home that already has 7 other Sonos devices. We are a longterm user of Sonos equipment and have been very supportive over the years. We have found out the new Roam will not work with legacy equipment in the network. I was told it would need to create a new network, an S2 network for it would operate. Clearly a huge departure from the concept of buying devices which all will work in one network … if you want all the rooms to have the same music, not problem; well not anymore for legacy users. I was told I had two options, a new network, upgrade old equipment and of course return the new Roam. The new network doesn’t work well for us. An upgrade of the range of $2,000 Cdn seems unbelievable, we get nothing new, same music as we use to have. Only a couple years ago the CEO of Sonos stated that he had heard from the legacy users, we respected that we were there in the beginning years. He stated he would keep the “two operating systems” to accomodate the legacy

I will never buy sonos again.I do not need a police gear that decide what I can or cannot listen through the gear that I bought.Nor buy a device that, one day, decide to stop to get connected to my wifi. And then, while wired connected, then stops working from one day to another with no change.Sonos = planned obsolescence.The sound is good yes. That is all ! The only positive point.The gear will go to trash ! I have no time to reconfigure it from scratch when I want to stream a song.You are a great rogues band. Congrats dude.I know you do not care because you have no respect for anyone and anything, people neither the planet. We start not carrying much about sonos and sonos like companies either.

This is getting very annoying. Do not force reboot my PC after updating the S2 controller. At least have the curtesy to inform or ask me. 

Hi, Owner of a Sonos Arc, would be usefull to be able to schedule on/off for speech enhancement & night sound. This will avoid to active them manually when kids are sleeping, and to forget to remove it at the end of the movie/night.

My play 5 needs returning for a replacement, got a email saying I would receive a label within 1 day… it’s been 6 now. After numerous emails I still an yet to get a response.. what has happened to the customer service? The technical guys are awesome but Sonos are being seriously let down by the returns!!

 its way past time am I right? Whos with me?
