I have a beam & two Sonos one gen 2 speakers which have been set up as a surround system for a few years, occasionally I've had issues where one or more speakers isn't connected but it's usually easy to fix.
Today one of the 'ones' was disconnected, nothing I did would reconnect it, so I did a factory reset & it was then back in the Sonos app, but no matter what I do it won't reconnect to the beam & other 'one' as a surround speaker.
After a few hours I just went back to try to join them all again & now it's disappeared from the app again. I'll get on to support tomorrow but the lines are currently closed. Does anyone have any idea in the meantime?
