Your product is absolut trash. Spent 3 days trying to connect the sub mini to my beam. Packing it up and returning. Product is trash, customer service is trash, support is trash(spent 2 1/2 hours with them) and the company is trash.Should have listened to all the bad reviews. I have done all your steps at least 20 times. I have a Bose system in my living room and it literally took 10 minutes to get it up and running. Will never recommend this product to any one of my customers.
