Sonos Arc full system unable to airplay


Hi,

I have 2 rooms in the Sonos app: Sonos arc full system (surrounds and sub) and another room with roam. 
when trying to airplay from any of my Apple device (including Apple TV) I'm unable to do so to the Arc only. When trying to airplay to my roam it works 100%. 
tried removing the Sonos arc accessory from HomeKit but when trying to re add it it says the same issue again “unable to airplay to..."

Thanks for your post!

Apple removed their recent version of HomeKit from their download page due to issues with it.

If you factory reset your Arc (don’t forget to remove any Sub(s) and Surrounds bonded to it first) and add it to your system once more, you will then be able to AirPlay to it - just don’t connect it to HomeKit again until a newer version has been released.

Try unplugging the Arc from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router.
