Sonos ARC (Losing HDMI-ARC connection) V2

Hi Forum!!

 

Need again help to fix the connections between my LG TV and the ARC, since every time I turn off/onn the tv the connections is lost and have to redo the setup process to gain sound via HDMI ARC. (LG 65NANO886)

 

Already have the last software update, but still have the same issues.

 

I have run a diagnostic which is 11742033711. (The CEC features are off for the blu-ray but the problem still happens)
