So I’ve done searching through here and find some similar but slightly different questions, so here goes…
in house 1 I have an S1 system with a bunch of play 5’s, connects, one, play bar.
now in house 2 I want to set up an S2 system with several new Sonos amps.
also I use the same WiFi ssid and password for the networks in both houses
so how do I set up the new S2 system and are there any complications with the existing S1 system?

That’s fine, the two Sonos Systems will have different Household ID’s and so just use the S1 App for House-1 and the S2 App for House-2 - it doesn’t matter whether you use the same, or different, WiFi credentials as that’s not relevant. You can also use the same, or entirely different, Sonos accounts for both setups, but I would just stick to using the same Sonos account for both.
