Hi,

So I have a turntable connected to a pair of Sonos 5 speakers and the system has worked just fine for over a year. This morning I was listening to a record and went to turn the volume up via the app and when I hit Apply, the sound cut out completely and now I can’t hear anything.

I’ve shut down the app, uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked all the settings but nothing has worked. The connections are all fine and literally the only thing that’s changed was hitting that Apply button.

Does anyone have any idea on what to do as I’m beyond annoyed at this.

Thanks.

I’ve actually fixed it by turning the Autoplay function off and on again. Panic over but yet another issue with this awful app.

You don't use an apply button to adjust volume, one isn't even offered by the app. You may have had some other options selected and the apply button was for that.

I'd suggest you go through all the settings to see if you find what got changed. If you can't find anything contacting Sonos support and having them look might help.
