Can I use a AT-LP60XBT with a Sonos Beam + Sonos One SL sound system?
I’m looking to purchase a wireless record player that can connect to my living room audio system. I have 2 Sonos One SL’s and 1 Sonos Beam. Would the AT-LP60XBT connect to this system via Bluetooth? If not is there a wireless record player I could get that would? Thanks for the help! Take care.
Sonos Arc and sub mini in high ceilings room
Hi I have the Arc soundbar and sub mini in my living room which has high ceilings (about 16 feet). Can you please share any recommendations on things I need to do to get the ost optimal performance from Sonos set up? Also is it important to leave a 4” space between the TV and Arc soundbar?
Play 1 used as surrounds with Beam will not work
I am using a Beam and two Sonos Play 1 as surrounds for my TV. They are showing connected as left and right with the Beam. I have even completed the Truetune. All three work great when playing music, but when I watch TV I only get sound from the Beam. I have the volume on the Play 1 turned up on the app but no luck. I have done a factory reset. Not sure what I am missing. Any thoughts.
Hello everyone, I am interested in purchasing a Beam (Gen 2). My TV has ARC support through HDMI. I utilize my laptop as my entertainment center. I am currently using a low quality Bluetooth soundbar that provides sound for my laptop. I own a PlayStation 4 and of course, I cannot connect, so I am utilizing TV speakers for that sound. I would like to have my PlayStation 4, TV and Laptop utilize the Sonos Beam (Gen 2). My laptop does have HDMI, but does not have a SPDIF port, I have no problem investing in a USB type device that will provide me one. My issue is that I do not know how to make sure I will receive audio through my laptop onto the Sonos. I am ready to purchase the speaker, but I am at a loss for establishing the laptop connection, which is used by me daily.
Sonos Sub Woofer Not Powering up (GEN 2)
All of a sudden my Sonos sub woofer stopped receiving power. I literally never had an issue with my Sonos system until this happened. I’ve read all of the topics about resetting it. That isn’t the problem. I need help powering the darn thing back up. What can I do? Are there any repair shops that can look at this? I contacted support and they want my sub for a 30% off a new one?!?!!??? Not!
Hi All,I just picked up a Sony 950h tv and a Sonos Arc and I absolutely love it! However, when I’m trying to airplay from Mac to my tv, video is fine but there is no audio to the Arc. And when I try to output the audio to the Arc, I lose the video on my TV.. Any ideas why or how to resolve this?

Unable to use any Sonos product
I’ve got a ply 5 and arc which over the last few weeks I have nothing but issues with when trying to stream to them from Spotify but also when trying to use via the Sonos app. I have hard reset numerous times and after each time it works as it should for a few days and then stops again. I’ve tried another router, another device with a fresh install of the app, different Spotify versions from diff devices.Sonos app either can’t see the devices or when it does see them it send the music and starts to play but then stops however the app shows it has still playing. if I then try to chance the track is states unable to communicate with the device. Something seriously is wrong with the firmware on these devices given the issues I have been facing. I have created a diagnostic reports 1221722172 - one created where it can see the devices.1437137898 - created after it fails to load tracks from spotify1613459050 - factory reset on play 5 and readded1916671189 - sending Spotify tracks to play
three options and one choice
Hello: A couple of weeks ago I asked about the possibility of adding 2 one sl due to the configuration of my living room and during this time I have been reading several options and I would like to know what you have or what you recommend as best value. I can only one thing and I am considering these 3 alternatives to improve a sonos beam 2 in a living room of about 3,5 x 2,5 mt2 one SL to left (1,5m) and right (1m) of the sofa 2 Symfonisk to left and right of the sofa Sub mini (2 mt in front of me) what would be a good choice as a first system upgrade? 90% of its use would be for TV rather than music. Thank you very muchRegards
Adding New Beam Disconnect Error
I have existing S1 products and never had any problems all wired with Ethernet.Just bought Beam, and three other components for TV surround.Got the Beam. The S2 app sees it when add product but the next step takes forever while the device is making the loud “chimes” and then disconnects.I have say I can only get to that point after powering off all of the S1 product because the lame S2 app always just sends me to the S1 app.To add to the confusion. The S1 app can try to add the Beam as well. With it I can pick add product, it shows the Beam and when it gets to the point it says to press the “infinity symbol” button and hear chime, I do that, it waits a min or so and gives me an error.I‘ve tried all suggestions I can find in knowledge base and community. Went through the chat bit to create a ticket.I am not liking what I’m seeing so far especially with the different apps. It seems running S1 and S2 doesn’t really work very well.Any thoughts, suggestions, similar experiences?I spent $150
Getting better volume from One SL
I have had the Sonos Arc for the better part of a year. I recently purchased 2 One SL speakers to get a better surround sound feel. I connected all 3 of the devices, but the One SL speakers put out very minimal sound. I went through the forum to increase the volume, but it did not work. Does anyone in the community know how to get the volume on these 2 speakers to increase? Thanks!

Beam+One (*2) 5.1 placement driving me insane. Please assist.
Small living room. Unsure where I should mount the rears (One SL). Check drawn picture for quick overview (imgur link below). I've got about 30cm clearance on both sides of the couch. I've got the possibility to mount them on the wall/ceiling aswel (just the upper/back wall) because right of the couch I have windows. What to do? I'm honestly stuck. I'd prefer wall mount aesthetically speaking; but would that ***mess*** up the entire soundstage or is it acceptable (not looking for perfection here). Or mount them on a stand just besides the couch, instead of directly behind (I get mixed answers when Googling).Any help would be welcome. As I've said; I'm stuck, locked. No clue what would work. https://imgur.com/a/Excvmi9 -- illustration. Moderator note: content *** edited for family friendly language.
Subs Connecting, then dropping off network
Hi all,I’m at the end of technical expertise with these damn Subs!! My setup is: 2 x Amps2 x Subs (Gen2)1 x Move1 x BoostConnected to WIFI6 EAX80 Nighthawk via Hardwired ethernet to Boost4 x Sonos in ceiling architectural speakers The problem I’m having is maintaining a connected to either of the Subs. The Amps are setup in my garage about 30metre/300ft away from the sub and boost. Connected to 2 Samsung 2020 model TV’s via ARC HDMI. The Amps work fine with the TV and the Speaker. I cannot get a connect to either Subs. I’ve tried factory resetting so many times that I've probably worn out the connection button - They are found, connected then drop off (the little spanner and then the question mark next to the AMP. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way of hardwiring to each Sub to each AMP? Maybe via ethernet? Diagnostic confirmation number: 833572544
Configuration Question - Advice Sought
Greetings. I have a specific configuration question I would like to pose, hoping someone can help me determine which option is best. I am about to replace my current wired setup with Sonos - ideally this weekend. Here is what I am working with, followed by my specific question:TV: Panasonic TC-P50C2 (Viera, 2010ish)SONOS: Beam (Gen 2), Sub, 2 Play:1sMEDIA: Sony BluRay/DVD, S6700The TV is ancient. Will replace eventually but it’s working fine, so I am putting this off. I do a ton of streaming primarily, but I am still partially in love with physical media. Will use the BDP to play all formats, including music on CD. My GOAL is to achieve the best possible sound, given the above specs.QUESTION: I know I will have to go optical when joining the TV with the Playbar, no way around that. Would using an HDMI splitter yield better sound from media played on the BDP or should I just stick with routing all audio output through the TV? CDs/DVDs/BRs will be played through the Sony BDP.
is my arc speakers broken?
Got the sonos arc and sun about a month ago. I’ve been thrilled but just noticed that the arc favors the right side a lot more than the left. Did and individual speaker test and the left speakers are having trouble playing treble and highs. Turned off true play and even reset and re paired the bar and still the same thing. Is this a setting issue or is it faulty product?
Problem with grouping to Arc
We have an open-plan living/dining/kitchen space. On one side I have an Arc, with two PLAY:1 speakers as surrounds. I have a Samsung TV with eArc, all that works perfectly. For some time I have had a Sonos speaker in the kitchen area so that when cooking, I can group it to the Arc and hear the TV sound without having to turn the living room speakers way up. It’s been working fine for months… but not now.I am getting dropouts so badly that I cannot bear to use the kitchen speaker. I simply cannot figure out what has changed. My WiFi coverage is good (I have Unifi boosters around the flat). The kitchen speaker (a Sonos One) works perfectly when solo or grouped playing other sources.I have played around with the Group Audio delay, it doesn’t help, and as the speaker is effectively in the same room as the Arc+Surrounds it’s’ not very desirable introducing a delay. I’ve tried using a Sonos Roam instead of the One. Same behaviour.Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot or fix this would be mu
Sonos plays music when I start the TV
Pretty much every time I start the TV, my sonos Move starts to play the last song from Spotify! I have a Samsung TV connected via HDMI to a Sonos Beam. How can I fix this so that no music starts just because I start the TV? When I start the TV no music is playing.
Sub gen 3 Arc connection issue
I have just received my Sub to complete my surround system. Every time I tried to pair it with Arc I was getting a failed connection message. After quite a few attempts at pairing the sub, and a factory reset later, I discovered that the sub would only pair with the Arc when I switched the Arc from wired to wireless connection. Now my system is working great and all speakers are connected. But when I switch Arc back to it’s wired Ethernet connection, I loose the sub speaker again. As anyone else encountered a similar issue? I also have a pair of surround one SLs which I had no problem pairing with Arc.
Sonos Beam low sonos sub output
Hi All,I recently purchased a sonos beam shadow edition from ebay in brand new condition. I set it up the other day and the sound quality was very underwhelming. Then with hope, I added a sub gen 3 to the setup and something weird happened. I saw that although the sub was added there was no output. Then I played with the sub on/off toggle switch and there was weak output from the sub with the toggle switch off and no output from sub when the toggle switch is on position. I can easily compare the sub output and normal on/off position with a sonos arc I currently have.Does anybody have any idea/recommendation or a similar incident. I would appreciate any helpThanks and Regards
