I agree with @John B, the app will not display what you are watching. I guess I’m under the impression that you are looking for the specific audio signal you are getting from the Arc when watching TV. If Arc is receiving an Atmos signal, we will display that within the Sonos App on both the "Now Playing" screen, and within the settings portion of our app.
Settings > System > About my System > Sonos System Info > Audio In
