Just when I think that this useless ***** arc can't possibly get any worse, well yes it can!

So suddenly it's now decided, by itself, without me changing anything, that I can turn the volume up but not down, if I try and turn it down it makes no difference, but it carries on turning up if you go the other way.... Mental. 

I've had a guts full with this trash, I'll be trying to get my money back next week.
