Mit meine Android Geräte wird die Musikbibliothek erkannt kann aber keine Musik abspielen. Von den Windows Gerät funktioniert es einwandfrei ( ist nicht komfortable den Laptop immer zu starten). Seit dem Update ist die Sonos Android App eine Katastrophe Moderator Edit: Google Translate - With my Android devices the music library is recognized but cannot play music. From the Windows device it works perfectly (it is not convenient to always start the laptop). Since the update, the Sonos Android app has been a disaster
Ever since this new update, Sonos is impossible to work with this new stupid app. Why was it changed? It worked, so you hired somebody to break what was working. Go work for the government because you suck at what you do.
Until the major update to the Sonos App months ago my Arc was happily playing music from a set of music libraries I had set up on a MacMini connected via Ethernet. Then the libraries, and any way of adding them disappeared from the App. More recently the means of adding a library has returned but when I try to re-add the libraries I get the error ‘Unable to connect. Check the user name and password’. I am using the latest version of the App on my iPhone.Needless to say the path name, user name and password are all the same as used before, and have been rechecked many times. I have switched on and off everything multiple times. I have rechecked all the file sharing permissions & SMB enabled multiple times. In short the only thing that has changed is the App.As my Arc sits there silent month after month I am getting more and more fed up, when is this going to be fixed.
Hello,I have an extensive SONOS system throughout my home and an Arc+2-ones+sub in the living room. The issue first occurred 5-6 weeks ago while an Amazon playlist was playing at a reasonable volume with 4 rooms grouped. It happened again 3-4 weeks ago and it was also on an Amazon Playlist with 4 rooms including arc grouped. At this point, I assumed that it was a song with an issue. It was annoying and creepy but I'd eventually be able to find/remove the song from my playlist. It happened again today while listening to an apple Playlist and I know for a fact it was a different song.It took me until today to realize the sound is emanating from the arc(because the sound is so loud it sounds like its coming from everywhere including inside my brain). For a random period of I'd say is 5-8 seconds, a loud metallic, alien, and haunting sound comes out of the living room sonos which has the arc. The volume of the sound is inconsistent with the volume of the music that was playing. The musi
Hi All, just thought I would post a work around for Sonos MacOs desktop software. Due to the fact that without so complex work around of tricking the software that you are using a NAS drive in order to access your local files I find bypassing the Sonos MacOs app completely and just using Mac Music software and changing the output to the Sonos speaker (see image). the benefit of this is Mac playlists are accessible. I have now given up using Sonos software. I still believe the hardware is good quality. the software issues have go on for to long. may switch to Mac speakers in the future
Hi, last night I disconnected my Symfonisk speaker and now it doesn’t recognise any Ethernet cables. any suggestions on how to move forward? thanks
Sonos app is playing Spotify queue through whole system even though Spotify is disconnected, no search function is available and no option to exit. Help…

We have one sonos system set up in our apartment in the city, and another at our weekend home. If someone is listening in the city, and another is listening at the weekend home, one will get disconnected. How can I correct this?
(also tried “Always” under Location)I’ve had two Play 1’s for a while now. Firmware is up to date, on same network. Plus phone is on same network as speakers.I just did a fresh setup for one of them. After all the steps, it was connected. Plays from app. Perfect, done. However, it asked to “Allow Sonos to detect nearby products.” And, for some reason I don’t understand, said microphone was necessary to “detect nearby products.” (See pic). Microphone detects products? Okay, I allowed everything. But, it’s not detecting any nearby products.Airplay isn’t working either (iOS) and it used to all the time. I know it now says airplay is “not supported,” but I used to stream straight from my iPad files folder by going to the “Now Playing” section on the iPad and choosing “Sonos.”Thanks
I've just had to add my Sonos one back to my system as I changed the WiFi password. It's listed as being on my system but it now has the microphone disabled and pressing the mic button doesn't enable it. I had to carry out. Factory reset to get it to connect if that helps. How do I enable microphone again please?
Like many, I have been experiencing Apple Music songs skipping in my playlists, one of the many delights of the new app. Many songs were greyed out in the playlists and did not play. I don’t know if this will apply to anyone else, but I found a solution that works for my system.I remembered that for some reason I had four separate Apple Music systems showing up as “connected accounts” in Service Settings -- even though they all connect to the same Apple Music account, same login and password. (No idea how that happened, but that had been the case for many years. It had never caused an issue until recently.)I tried to delete all Apple Music systems except my Primary Account. The app did not allow that (why? who knows!).So I reauthorized each of them, keeping only one as my primary account. That has solved the issue with my playlists - all my Apple songs now play!Note, I previously tried rebooting all my speakers, router, deleting and reinstalling the app, etc, with no joy. TLDR: If you a
When will Sonos finally introduce a volume equalizer so that a uniform volume is always guaranteed, even when the song is changed?Like with Spotify: Audio normalization balances out quiet and loud songs for a more consistent listening experience.
My Apple TV with TVOS18 connect with Airplay to my Sonos One, my Sonos Era 100 and my Sonos Roam and doesnt have any sound in any app in my TV. I have the latest version in my app Sonos and in my speakers.Does anyone have the same problem? Somebody knows how to fix it?
Does anyone encouter the issue that the volume suddenly becomes silent when using Sonos App plays Apple Music? sometimes the volume may even surge to the maximum. It seems that I started to have this kind of issue as recently as IOS 18 is launched. My system is arc, sub mini and era 300s. However, there is no issue when playing Apple Music in my another system: sonos onesAnyone knows why? thanks
amp is ready to connect ( flashing green)but it doesn’t Been rebooted - all ok until time to press the button & nothing just note that button not pressed
I have a Sonos Move and Move 2. I moved wifi and am looking to set them up as a system on the new wifi. I open the system settings in the app and select “update network”. I follow all the steps and everything seems to work. I click done and none of my products are connected and it asks if I’d like to update the network. This is like Groundhog Day and horribly frustrating so any help would be great
I have spent almost 11 hours on various telephone calls with Sonos tech support trying to get my Sonos One speakers working. Technicians have told me that I must label my 5G and 2.4 with different names. Spectrum tells me their routers cannot do this. Are there cures for this problem?
Any update on when this will be fixed. I'm tired of the bs answers
The latest update of the app 80.09.08 which came out at the end of September is completely useless. Everytime I open the app I get a screen saying No Products found. I simply can no longer use my Sonos system. This is an absolute disgrace - why cant your development team thoroughly test app updates before you make them live. The update before worked perfectly well and was a big improvement.
HelloI’ve just unpacked a new era 300 and want to hook a CD player up to it but having some issues. Currently the 300 is on the network ok and is working via the Sonos app, when I attach a 3rd party usb-c to audio connector and hook that up to my cd player (via headphone out port, no other output port available) I don’t get any output at all, the line out settings in the Sonos app are also unavailable. What could be going wrong? Is it that I’m using a 3rd party adapter and only the official Sonos one will work? Or something else? Thanks.
The Sonos technical service in Spain is out of service. I have tried to contact them via the phone number listed on the website and it appears to be out of service and there is no email address to which I can direct the problem I have with my Sonos ARC EU: Good morning,The power cable connector that connects to my SONOS ARC EU soundbar, acquired on 03/01/2023, once connected to the bar (process that is not easy because since I acquired it it no longer fit correctly) this comes off very easily if the bar is subjected to any movement, with the consequent discomfort. The cable, the connectors and the reception point of the power cable located in the bar are in the same state as when the product was received, presenting this problem from the beginning, although there has come a time when this discomfort has become tedious, because at the slightest movement that the cable suffers, for example when they turn on its TV axis and bar on its base, the cable is released and the power is lost.I'm w
I moved home and now have a new wifi network. Have tried to set up 2 x Play 1’s on the network but nothing happens. Even when Play 1 is connected via ethernet it is still undiscoverable during the set up new network process.Factory reset process also just ends in a solid orange light. Can not get to green light at all, again ethernet cable plugged in.
I’ve got my surround system set up as described. What I’ve done so far is to use the settings to adjust the distance of the Threes in the app. There is no perceivable difference in sound balance when I do.I have two surround choices: - Beam plus 2Ones - Beam plus 2Threes (current)The Threes are louder than the Beam and I can’t hear the Beam very well. I know the sound is somewhat balanced but it’s hard to tell.I don’t want to set up the Ones, just because, then all three components have mics. I can then separate the Ones in to two further groups. How do I balance the Beam with the Threes.
Can’t get Sonos Move to connect. Just blinking orange and white. Won’t go to green.
