Play:3 will not reset- flashing white/orange

I moved and have a new Network, I have two Play 3’s.  I managed to do a factory reset on one of them and get it connected to my new network.  The second one, I have tried to do a factory reset on to get it connected, but it stays at the Orange/While flashing no matter how long I have waited…

I see it in my network when I go to add it goes all the way to the audio test, but then because its not flashing green, it won’t connect to it.

I’m on Starlink wifi, so I don’t have a network cable that I can plug into… How do I do a reset or force the Play3 flash the green so that I can link it?

You might try hooking an Ethernet between the two Play 3s and see if it helps.

Only other thing I can think of is using a travel-router to give you a wired connection.

Lots of Starlink posts here, some of them may have a suggestion.

Always best to avoid Factory Resets until you have talked to support and it is your last option.

Have a look at this page from the Sonos support site:

In any event, leave the speaker plugged in for a while to see if it corrects itself. If not, unplug it again leaving it for 10 minutes or more. Then attempt the reset process again.
