We invested heavily in Sonos for our home - and frankly spoke highly of it to others. I have used your competitor C4 previously and wasn’t thrilled with its performance and found Sonos to be way more user friendly. Since the release this spring, we have no functioning system - and have contacted Sonos support to no help. Basically we are being told we need to upgrade our network and all amps that was brand new in 2018!!? That’s insane. And you’re loosing business now to future customers who will not buy your products again because we don’t trust you won’t do this again? You need to earn back your customers by offering them a solution rather than just telling them to upgrade all their components again. Brutal - if Sonos is reading this hopefully, you’ll do something to right this wrong so customers can trust your brand.
