Sub gen 2 No power

I registered my sub gen 2 in Feb 2019 and all was well until the sub showed no power. After a call to the sonos support team and an investigation it was a proven fault in the unit all I was offered was a 30% discount voucher on future sonos products. Considering the premium price point of Sonos products, I had hoped for a longer lifespan and greater reliability. 1300 AUD albeit with a 30% discount for a sub that lasts 4 years (in my experience) doesn’t make any sense for me.

It’s always frustrating when electronic stuff fails. Sonos gear will do it, along with any other manufacturer’s stuff. How many other manufacturers will offer discount on replacement out-of-warranty items though?

nik9669a you’re correct it’s very frustrating however a 30% discount on such a supposedly premium product certainly does not cut the mustard with me for a know manufacturers fault on the sub. A very quick search shows up multiple complaints of the very same issue. Sonos have definitely lost me as a customer.
