I have a boost in the corner of the bedroom - and the status light is surprisingly bright. So I have used the system settings to turn it off. Great for a number of weeks, then it comes back on again. The system settings shows that it should be off. Happened several times, and also on another boost I have.
Anyone else come across this? Wondering if updates may cause it to happen? Also use Alexa, maybe updates to that cause the device to reset? Puzzling and a minor nuisance
Yea, I’ve seen that as well. While I haven’t extensively tested it, it seems to happen after a power outage, and a software update. After toggling it on and off again, it seems to stay off.
Same here. I can confirm, that the status light turns back on, after every update. I install updates manually so I can say that I have tested this quite a few times.
In settings it is still switched off. So I have to switch it on an then back to off to restore the desired behavior.
Not that bad, but annoying. I would love to see a fix here.
