Spotify not listed as a Content Provider to add. Why is that? Also, from Spotify App when selecting a Sonos Speaker, nothing actually plays. Using

 Apple Music works flawlessly. Why?

Can you confirm that your address is correct within your Sonos Profile www.sonos.com


My address was incorrect. It had a default & incomplete USA address. I updated it at www.sonos.com to my correct Australian address. I restarted the Sonos App. Still no Spotify though. Surprised it’s this hard.

It took me 24+ hours after the address update until it showed up again. Don’t know why it seems to need to wait for so many hours. If you’ve waited around 24 hours and still not showing up then it could need something different. 


If you use the check for updates function in the Sonos App it also updates the services list.

I spoke too soon. After successfully authorising Spotify for Sonos, I am directed to return back to the Sonos App.

Unfortunately it fails at this final step for an undisclosed reason.

 


I get that at times when authorising, constantly swapping streaming services but keep trying and for me at least it goes through eventually. A Router reboot might help!
