Hi, i updated my android sonos app a few months back (and regularly since), and the volume control for Sonos that used to be on the main volume buttons on the phone (blackberry keyone) is no longer there. I can only change the sonos volume within the app now. This is frustrating.
Please can anyone advise me how to include sonos in the general volume button (with volume control for media / ring / alarm etc)

Have you reviewed the relevant options in Settings/Advanced Settings?
The options are as you see them.
If the hard buttons are not doing what you want try a full exit of the Sonos app (i.e. remove it from overview/recent apps) and dismissing the Sonos notification. Then restart the controller app afresh.
