Site will not let me use the 15% price reduction

website (https://www.sonos.com/en-gb/shop) crashes every time I try to shop with message "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)."

(https://www.sonos.com/en-us/shop) does not appear to have the same problem. But I need to purchase in GBP as I live in England.

I have experienced that error on the Sonos website for a couple of days now. Just keep trying and it does eventually load successfully.

Your other option would be to place your order by phone, via the Sales Team

Same, I had it bomb out on me all day yesterday.  Seems to be working now.   I think they are cleaning up some stuff on the backend.

Some times swapping to a different browser helps site glitches.

However, it wouldn’t surprise me if there wasn’t some sort of back end recoding going on, due to the errors they’ve had this week with duplicate (or more) orders going out. I can only assume that the issue is something on the back end of the website that needs (and probably has been) adjustment.

Same here! Tried various browsers, in-private mode, switched to mobile - nothing helps.

Might be easier to just call in to their sales line, you should still be able to leverage any appropriate discounts, if you’re unwilling to wait for them to fix this issue with their web page.
