Connect AMP (Gen 2) can't complete hard reset

My Connect AMP is having issues connecting over wifi. I tried a hard-reset, but it has now had a flashing orange and white LED for the past 15 minutes. There are no speakers attached so I’m sure it’s not an issue with the speaker arrangement.

The Connect was connecting to my system fine over ethernet, but when I tried to connect it over wifi via the update network option, my phone was not able to recognize and connect to the AMP.

I’m worried that the wifi on it may be “fried”. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Temporarily wire the unit to your router. You may be able to get it going again, but hardware fault is a high probability.

The flashing orange and white light could indicate a fault condition. I would contact Sonos Support:

Thanks - turns out it was hardware fault. Wifi card is shot per diagnostic test.
