Choppy streaming but music library plays ok

Hi. The only service I presently subscribe to is Idagio. For the last week or so, it’s been unlistenable. It’s choppy, and cuts out every minute or so. I also have my itunes library in Sonos, and those tracks play fine. It’s just the streaming. To check whether or not the problem is with Idagio or Sonos, I signed up for a free trial of Primephonic, and that cuts out exactly the same as Idagio. How can I deal with this?

NOT cutting out when streaming movies! It cuts out when I stream music from streaming services.
