As of the last couple of weeks Alexa seems to not respond as well as it used to on our Sonos Ones. Anyone else having problems.
There is known issue with the mic on the Sonos One losing sensitivity over time, for which Sonos has promised a firmware fix. In the meantime, simply cycle the mic off and then on again via the mic button on the top of the Sonos one near the back edge. Doing that on each of the Sonos Ones should restore mic sensitivity.
