Hello @Lucyjuicey, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue where the Sonos App is repeatedly asking you to sign in even though you are already signed in.

Let’s try some basic Sonos App troubleshooting steps:

  • Force-close the Sonos App and then re-launch it.
  • Make sure the Sonos App is up-to-date.
  • You can uninstall the Sonos App and then re-download it from our official page. Tap Join Existing System when launched again.
  • Reboot your controller (smartphone / tablet)

You can attempt to add Spotify after trying the above, Add a content service to Sonos.

If you are still experiencing this issue, I would recommend you do the following:

  1. Submit Diagnostics while you are signed out the Sonos App.
  2. Sign in the Sonos App as the owner when prompted.
  3. Submit another Diagnostics after you are signed in.
  4. Contact our Support Team.

I hope this helps.
