Impossible to connect to local streaming radios like One FM, LFM, Rouge FM in Switzerland.
it looks like connections works from time to time but always though it is not true with RTS Première and Spotify.
What is the issue with these radios?

Hard to tell from your post, especially which ‘streamer’ you’re playing these radio stations from, but it sounds like some sort of communication issue between the source and your speakers. At the least, I’d try a network refresh, which might solve this, by unplugging all your Sonos devices from power. Then reboot your router. Give the router a couple of minutes to come back up properly before plugging in your Sonos. This should accomplish at least three things, a fresh load of the Sonos OS, a fresh IP address for each speaker, and a renewed DNS data from your ISP. All possible reasons why you’re having connection issues.

However, if this doesn’t help things, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. But don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
