The App does not workThe app is simply not working. I HATE IT. I cant control volume. I choose volume and then apply!! It lags like crazy. It is unusable. I am on samsung and my wife is on iphone. Same experience. I can now only control through Alexa. I am really annoyed! I have had sonos for over 10 years and now feel like throwing them out the back window. Yes, the app is updated. I am factory reset all devices. They show up but lag is insane. I now hate my sonos products. So annoyed!!!

Yup the new app is a buggy dumpster fire. FYI you can delete the new app and install the prior 16.1 on your android phone, you aren’t stuck with it.
See here, make sure you disable updates in the app store and in the sonos app for the firmware
