My Sonos system that was working very well untill today has not decided on its own to delete all my setup and data and will not allow me to reset up it plainly has completely stopped functioning and is a brick I'd like to throw threw window of Sonos head office. I demand a complete refund, it fixed in next 24 hours or replacement that will work and I suggest otherwise a big joint lawsuits coming Sonos way!!! Someone with legal background pls start a lawsuits against this crooked incompetent company that's wasting all of our time and music enjoyment!!!! I'm in anyone else?!

Your system stops working and rather than ask for help your reaction is set a deadline failing which you’ll start a lawsuit. Do you react the same way with your power supplier when there’s a power cut? Or your appliance manufacturer when your refrigerator fails?
