Good morning, everyone.I’m hoping to get some insight from the group regarding Atmos soundbars. Specifically, how much the driver firing angles actually impact real‑world Atmos performance in a built‑in entertainment center. Quick backstory: My wife wanted a renovation that involved removing a window and building a full wall entertainment center. I wasn’t exactly thrilled, but we compromised. She got me to build her entertainment center, and I get to upgrade my classic entertainment setup. current Sonos setup: Playbar, One SLs, and a Gen 1 Sub.With the new entertainment center came the “need” for a new TV, so we installed a 75” Sony Bravia 9 to replace the old 950G. The cabinet opening for the TV and Playbar provides 16" of vertical clearance from the bottom (above the fireplace) to the bottom of the TV. The full cavity measures 84" wide, 56.5" tall, and 13.5" deep. Now I’m considering upgrading to the Sonos Immersive set ( Arc Ultra, Era 300’s, and Sub 4) , but here’s my concern: Wil
Moderator Edit - Translation by Google:I have already linked Apple Music to my Sonos One and Alexa.I have also set up Amazon Alexa and Sonos Voice Control for voice operations on the Sonos One.However, commands such as:"Alexa, play Oasis on Apple Music""Alexa, stop the music from Apple Music"...are not working. Is voice control possible? What should I do?

Hi everyone,!--tgqphd|[]-->I am stuck trying to reconnect my smart home system after having it packed away for a year. I am in the exact same house, but the only variable that has changed is that my ISP (BT) supplied me with a brand-new BT Smart Hub to replace our old one. The "Alexa Voice" component works fine on the Sonos speakers—I can talk to them, and they respond. Hey, Pic is Ai but I have this unit which im thinking of resting arc ultra. Tv will be on wall. My partner does child care so im trying to figure out protection for the arc during day time. I was thinking if building a wooden case to go over it during day time and when it not in use. Anyone got any better ideas. You may ask why not put on the wall with tv. That leads me to second question.Im looking for tv to go on a fireplace or pull down tv mount thereby I can pull tv out a bit and lower the height. There are not that many mounts out there with lots only got a few reviews and untested. Anyone know a reasonable price secure/sturdy tv drop down mount. Please note im in UK so mountle mount does not ship to uk unfortunately. Just to add most of the mounts don't do brackets for soundbar too. So if I put soundbar on wall, when I pull down tv it will cover the bar which is a problem. Thanks all

Hello Sonos Support,I am experiencing a persistent issue with a Sonos One where onboard voice assistants no longer treat the speaker as the local playback device. The speaker can play music when it is explicitly named, for example:“Play [music/radio] on Living Room”However, when speaking directly to the Sonos One and saying:“Play [music/radio]”the command does not play locally unless I include the speaker name. This previously worked normally. I could speak to the Sonos One and simply say “play [music/radio]” and it would play on that same speaker. The issue affects both Google Assistant and Alexa, so it does not appear to be isolated to one assistant provider.Current behaviour:The Sonos One responds to voice commands. Smart-home commands work, including lights and thermostat control. Music/radio playback works if I explicitly name the speaker. Music/radio playback does not resolve to the local Sonos One when I simply say “play [music/radio]”. Google Home can see the Sonos speaker as a li
I own roughly $2,800 worth of current-generation Sonos hardware:- 9 × Sonos One SL- 1 × Sonos Sub- 1 × Sonos Play:3 All on the same LAN as a self-hosted music server (Navidrome, whichspeaks the Subsonic API). Every one of these speakers is physicallycapable of streaming HTTP audio from that server, and Sonos used tosupport exactly this through the custom music service / SMAPImechanism plus the Sonos Desktop Controller.I would like a supported, first-party way to add my local music serveras a music service on these speakers, without: - exposing my private music server to the public internet, - paying for a third-party iOS controller app to do the registration, - or running discontinued Sonos Desktop Controller software. Here is what I have already tried and why each path is currently blocked: 1. Auto-register via SMAPI from a local bonob bridge on my LAN (10.0.1.204): the speakers' /xml/device_description.xml is reachable, but the SOAP registration call to port 1400 is re
Hi Sonos,I was wondering, now that Apple has allowed 3rd party devices to stream Dolby Atmos over Airplay 2, you were going to add this support to the Sonos speakers.

We have recently purchased a beam and 2 era speakers. we want the flexibility to play music independently from the 2x era speakers from our phone but we also want to have the beam and era speakers grouped to our TV. Is this possible to have 2 independent Sonos room/systems? thanks
I have two play 1 speakers and I want to be able to stream YouTube to them by adding a speaker with airplay 2. What would be the most cost effective option? Thanks
Sorry if this is the wrong place to postHello and good afternoon! I was curious if perhaps anyone on here may be able to assist me with an issue I ran into regarding streaming content and my Sonos play bar please. I have 2 play bars and a sub but I’ve only ever used them for music, however I purchased a new TV recently and I’d like to set up the Sonos system to work with the TV. The television is Samsung 85” model U8000F. Unfortunately for me the tv does not have a dedicated optical audio output for a cable connection to the play bar, so to overcome this obstacle I acquired a device called the Insignia audio extractor (links below) in order to connect the play bar to the tv. The Tv does have ARC/EARC in one of the HDMI ports as well, but the extractor only supports EARC I believe. After I got everything set up I experienced difficulty with streaming content not loading/not working/strange error messages. I thought it was a Disney plus issue at first, but that wasn’t the only service I
When playing my television, which has a Sonos arc ultrasound bar, and subwoofer, the speakers driven by the amp are cutting in and out constantly. How do I fix that?
This was working fine up until a day or so ago. Now when I say Alexa play “radio X,y,z” it starts to seem as though it will play back, but then says “hmmmm, it is not currently available” If I go into the app, whatever I have requested shows in the playback section, but paused, and if you hit the play button, it simple goes back to pause/not playing again. I have reset the whole thing, removed it from my Amazon account etc, but nothing has worked so far. Thanks for any help.
Hi All,I just got a Beam Gen 2 for my living room (I’m living in an apartment, so the area is not that big) and I’m loving it. I want to improve the experience, so I want to get the Mini Sub or a pair of the ERA 100.In your opinion what will make more sense to get first, unfortunately I can’t get both now.I’m only watching movies or playing music, nothing really pro or specific. Thanks for the help!
