I see that Audible is not available for Sonos in Italy. Why is that, is there any plan to overcome the issue?
I am a strong Audible user and is frustrating don't use it on my Sonos environment.

Sonos doesn’t have the ability to chose where each service is offered, they must get a legal waiver from each service in order to give you access. You might get a better answer if you were to ask Audible (Amazon) directly as to why they haven’t allowed Sonos to offer Audible in Italy.
