Sonos soundbar is connected to wifi which is about 5m away but cant be connected via a cable.

Sound works fine when turning on for about 3 mins and then starts cutting in and out.

All other devices working fine on the same wifi connection

Wifi speed is 50mbps

Diagnostic Number: 1697054384

Hi @MrFadedGlory23

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

If it’s TV audio that’s affected, and you hear the issue on the Playbar itself, then I recommend you unplug the TV from the power for about 30 seconds.

There also seems to be a source of 5GHz interference near the Playbar which is affecting it’s ability to communicate with your surround speakers. I recommend you move this source away from the Playbar, so it is at least 1m away. It may also help to reboot the Playbar and surrounds afterwards (let the Playbar get a solid white light before applying power to the surrounds).
