I have installed Sonos 15.10 but my Sonos Mac software says I have another update available. On trying to install, everything just stops and I need after 20 minutes or so, to force-quit.

I using Sonoma 14.1.1

I had this issue on the last update and someone from Sonos provided a direct download link which worked. Grateful for any help please ?

Thx

Mike

You’ve tried the instructions here?

Sonos apps are always available on the Sonos webpage itself, at https://support.sonos.com/en-us/downloads (US link, as that’s where I am)

If the above ‘fix’ doesn’t work for you, you may have some sort of VPN or other port blocking software running, and I’d recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
