Okay: I am interested in upgrading my current Play:3 surrounds to Era300’s.

Price per Era300 €499, nice surprise: a set is €50 off to €948

Bummer: when I use my upgrade-program-voucher: the price reverts to €999

Sure: I get it: the conditions say: ‘a voucher cannot be combined with other offers’ but it still does not make sense really that someone who bought 2 Play:300’s and upgrades to a set you lose the set-price.

I would call Sonos sales and talk with them directly instead of trying to do the purchase online.

I had a similar issue when I tried to use an upgrade for a bundle a few years ago. I called Sonos sales and they processed the transaction manually for me (with the discount). They said that the system wasn’t handling the discounts properly for sets.

It’s worth a try.

exactly what I thought and did, but to no avail…
