i used to have my playbar connected and everything was going great. Connected to tv and playing music via Spotify until one day it does not show up on Spotify app.
tried everything and decided to reset to factory setting. Now the Sonos app does not identify my bar. I connected with ethernet cable the bar and router and nothing. Contacted Sonos support and live chat with a guy who tells me that the problem is my phone setting with allow access to microphone. Asked me to go to setting, privacy, microphone and toggle the Sonos app. The problem is the Sonos app does not appear. Same issue on other devices. Live chat guy sent me a link how to set a bar and got disconnected. Nice support.
so here I am asking the community.
my playbar still has its green light flashing and still plugged with ethernet cable. I reset modem, router etc. Still nothing. Becoming desperate and close to give up.
