I had my system for several years. Has been working fine. I had to replace my router and had to reset all speakers except Move and player 5. These works fine not in the surround sound system of Sonos. After resetting and installing play bar, sub and two rear speakers, 2 player 3s, now only sound comes from the playbar but none of the other speakers: 2 player 3 and sub. They are connected to a tv which was not changed.
any ideas I can try?

If you play a music stream (a Sonos radio station or something from Deezer, Amazon Music etc) to the Playbar room, does the sound also play from the Sub and surrounds?
For future reference, when replacing your router, it’s easiest all round, and not just for Sonos, to change the WIFI name and password to that of the old router.
Have you looked at the following article:

Also, after replacing the router, reboot everything using the network.
Thank you for the feedback. As the article says easy application works for only Move and Player 5 as the supported products. They have BLE connections.
Playbar, Sub and Player 3s were not supported. As it was suggested on the article I did factory reset and included all of these speaker in my system and hook them up as I had my original setup.
After setting up the surround sound, only sound comes from the Playbar which has optical connection to TV audio system. Sub and Player3 s don’ produce any sound. Even though they function individually.
I am in the trial and error mode….

But the music needs to be from a streaming source, not a radio station on the tv, if you’re thinking the same as me,

I forgot to mention that I also installed a “wi-fi booster/extender” (plug-in type, same brand with my router). During my trial an error mode when I disabled the wi-fi extender the system worked. I am happy to get my surround sound back. The extender will be another issue for the future.
