Why is Sonos not able to address all the stuttering issues?

 Stutter started on my Sonos a few months ago. It never happened before. Suddenly it happens intermittently in all movies. Some times it’s very bad sometimes it’s for brief periods. 
 

i thought it was the streaming on my LGTV. On chance I started reading in Sonos and realized that there seems to be no resolution on why it happens just that people have to submit their diagnostics. 
 

So what exactly causes these stuttering issues?

I only occasionally have some stuttering resuming recordings from my cable box. Now I mention it, the last instance of this happening might have been over a year ago. Pausing the stream and again resuming it has always cured this for me.

With what services does the problem occur for you? On what TV? Is the optical cable connected OK?
