I have noticed at several stores that are showcasing the arc that the area where the LED is is bulging and the cover around it is cracked. Just wondering if this is an inherent problem and if anyone here has this happen to their arc?

My guess is that store patrons attempted to push that status lamp, thinking that it was a button. We know it’s not a button and don’t attempt to press it.
