Sonos audio selection very limited

Sonos will lose market share if they don't make their selections for a  diverse audience.

After spending several hundred dollars for Sonos speakers I am finding their audio selection very limited.  These are my speakers, I should be able to listen to more than the Sonos limited selection. For example adding a podcast like Wondery. I am researching other systems.

Do you mean services like Amazon, Deezer etc? Your own music library? Free radio stations via Radioplayer or TuneIn or many other services? What would you like to listen to?

The last I counted, the number of services available on Sonos is higher than all other smart speakers combined.  Well over 100.

Sonos could not have enough staff time to be able to add everyone’s favorite service, station, or podcast. If a service wants to be available to SONOS listeners, SONOS provides an API that the service can use to make the service available to SONOS listeners. There is no charge to use this service. This is why Sonos can offer so many services.

You should ask Wondery to adopt the API. Since many SONOS players support Bluetooth and/or AirPlay 2 you may be able play through your pad/phone.
