The Manage link under settings needs to be modified/updated to make it clear it is a tapable button. There are lots of edible settings under this that people think have been taken away.

+18Just surround it with a rectangle. That is a good indicator that it’s a button.
How about just putting it where it belongs and where people are used to finding settings, the gear wheel.

You can also tap your system name or any if the white space to the right of system name/left of Manage to open Manage. It’s consistent with how they have manage services on the Home Screen.
