Sonos Radio and TuneIn doesn’t work after the “May update”. I have to Reauthorize both but with TuneIn I get an error and with Sonos Radio a timeout…

I have installed the old app and with the old app radios are working fine, “updated” again the app and radio doesn’t work.

Anyone could Reauthorize Sonos Radio or TuneIn with the new app?

myTuner works and have been using it for years

Dear friends, I had the same problem.
Then I deleted the whole TuneIn account from the strange, cursed Sonos app, and created a new one. And now I csn listen all TuneIn stations. Have a nice day!

Is it going to be fixed?

I have to delete, reinstall and login to the iOS app every week or so because it keeps crashing on opening. Anyone else experiencing this?

It's amazing how Sonos is taking the challenge of other brands comming into this field of "coordinated networked playing systems” - they now have competition from several other players.

AND they choose to make life difficult for all of us - their old customers.

It's the introduction of new paid subscriptions to Tunein which creates all these problems. I'm sure Sonos have an interest in all of us upgrading to Tunein Premium - so they have made the new login process so difficult for those wanting to stay with the “old” version.

What have you done to the radio !!!!! Now can’t listen to radio.

you have already * it up enough with your app redesign.

sort it out - you was a market leader now become market loser

Bring back the old app. I have 2 SONOS systems and Tunein doesn’t work in both of my systems. SONOS don’t seem to care about there customers. Getting ready to change to Bluesound.
