Please can someone explain me how the mobile app works (or actually does not work)???
Each time I open it, if I want to access some of the settings, I have to login to my Sonos account… So I login… I then have access to some of the settings but for example if I want to add a device, I am asked to login… But I am already login!!!! Then I have a message that I have to login as the owner of the system…
I found a “ transfert ownership” feature… I did the process with, at least, two logins involved but still the same nonsense: I cannot access to some settings and I am repeatedly asked to login as the owner of the system!!!
Of course when I am logged in either in the app or on the web site… There is no way to register a product or a system.
Sound quality of your products are very good but honestly the app the worst I had to experienced in ages.
Anyways, if someone is able to tell me how to register my product and/or how to have access to all the app features, I’ll really be grateful;
