Thanks Sonos!

I just did the update today and now my IPHONe app no longer works.  My music library is now inoperable again.  This is absolutely not acceptable.  When is this crap going to be fixed?

Sonos OS: S2

Version: 16.3.3 (build 80156190)

Hardware Version: 1.12.1.2-1.1

From your profile, it looks like you would be better off using the S1 app with the speakers you have listed.

If this is not the case, can you list the speakers you currently own?

It is now possible to downgrade to the S1 app from the S2 app, which would make your system more stable if you are still using the speakers on your profile.

Otherwise, can you try uninstalling the app, then reinstalling it? This should allow you to reconnect to your system.

Aside from that, if you do not have any of the older speakers hardwired to your router, you should consider doing that to see if it solves your issue.

@Pools-3015

Thank you!  I actually went back in, deleted the music library path and went back and re-added the NAS server and path.  IT worked and then I re-indexed.  It seems to be playing fine again now.

Thanks for your update- I may look into switching back to the S1 app.

 I lost the Windows 10 test share that only had one album in the folder.  After the firmware update that test share would not index.  I’ll try adding it back.

 Tried adding back that test share on Windows 10.  Did not work.  Had to remove the Local User account I had created, create another Local User account, move the album to a different folder ( deleting old share properties on first folder did not go well ), set up Share Properties for the new folder and map that folder to make it appear as a network drive.  Then it shared.  Ridiculous!
