I noticed this morning that I can no longer tap the volume bar for a room/group to increase/decrease it by one notch at a time. Is this a bug or a new change?I have asked others and it's not an issue for them.Android, Pixel 6a, Sonos app 15.2.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it's still an issue.Edit: fixed! But there's still an issue that needs fixing in the Sonos app.. I have a disability, and one of the issues I have is speaking - I recently enabled text-to-speech accessibility setting in Android (basically, a toggle floating on the screen > tap it > tap an area on the screen, then it reads out the text - could be useful). Turned out it stopped that particular volume control feature on the Sonos app - l I had to turn off the accessibility setting then restart my device for Sonos volume to work properly again.I have no idea if Sonos can work around this (it only affected a specific feature of the volume control), but I'm sure I'm not the only one with Sonos that a
My computer upgraded to the 15.2 but it's an older Mac and I didn't see anything about announcement or anything about the upgrade incompatibilities and now it's not working at all it's crashing. I've got no way to hook up my Sonos speakers at all. please if anyone knows where can I get an older download. This is insane one would think that you could put another earlier version on - most websites know that people keep their computers longer. I really need to keep this computer I can't afford to get a new one please someone help me find an earlier version. I upgraded to 15.2 and it's completely ruined my whole computer please help me.
Hi Folks 👋I’ve been able to add Spotify and my personal YouTube Music account as a Sonos Service just fine. However, when I try to add a YouTube Music “Brand (limited to YouTube)” account, I get the attached “Access Blocked: Authorization Error” message.I noticed that this only happens when it’s a “Brand (limited to YouTube)” account, but a regular “Brand” account or a regular personal account, I am able to connect as a “Service” just fine. Please see the attached screenshot of the different types of “Brand” accounts. Is this a bug or is it an intended behavior? Or is there a work around to this issue?Thank you for your time 🙏 Error MessageDifferent Types of Brand Accounts
Constant problem with interruptions while listening to White Sox games on Chicago ESPN AM 1000 radio
This is a new problem this year. I listen to White Sox games on Chicago radio station ESPN AM 1000: Streaming, Wifi, Sonos speakers, I guess it's "Tune In" radio because that's always mentioned at the start of any transmission. I live in Palos Height, IL which is a suburb of Chicago. I'm hearing the game without problems when suddenly a man's voice says something about White Sox games being blacked out in some areas due to contractual obligations. Then this recording keeps repeating until I tap the Sonos speaker off and then on again. Then I'm back to getting the game until the next interruption. I think these interruptions occur during what would normally be commercial breaks. I listen to Cubs games on a different radio station, but via the same means otherwise, and this never happens during those games. Looking for some resolution to this problem!

Is anyone else noticing a lot of skipping in the middle of a song with this newest Sonos app update? My internet is well over 500mbps and all of my speakers appear to have a strong connection. I’m mainly using Spotify premium to stream on over 7 speakers, but with this newest app update (15.2.1) the skipping is becoming more consistent.
I keep getting a message when listening to BBC radio saying that I’ll no longer be able to use the BBC sounds service on a smart speaker after mid 2023. It says to contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Anyone found a way to keep listening on a Sonos speaker?
I’ve a paid subscription of Amazon Music in Portugal, but as it seems, the Sonos integration is not yet available. Any idea why? Copyright issues? Or it’s just hard for Sonos to sync up with the service availability? This is the current Amazon Music availability:https://music.amazon.com/EU/help?nodeId=202204440 And this is Sonos:https://support.sonos.com/en/services/amazon-music Com’on Sonos team… I’ve preordered the ERA 300 and want to use ATMOS on Amazon Music. Hello, I like to play relaxation music when I go to sleep. Actually, when playing music from Spotify to my Sonos 1, and manually set the volume to 1 on the Sonos App (with Alexa, you have less range to control the volume) is still too loud for my bedroom. The volume gap between 0 and 1 is too high TLDR: Volume 1 is too loud, can’t fall asleep listening to relaxation music...
Hi,My Sonos system has fixed IP’s due to speakers missing from some apps (e.g. Spotify/S2)However, when I try and play from the Android S2 App and the Windows Controller app I get error messages saying the following:I have reset my router etc…
I haven’t been able to connect my Amazon Music Unlimited to the Sonos AppWon’t let me browse. I believe its because when I add it on the app, it defaults to the US Amazon (.com) and not Amazon Canada (.ca) which is who I pay for Amazon music Is there a way to fix this so I can browse and play music through the Sonos app?
I have several Sonos speakers connected to my home wifi network. For many years, I’ve been able to control the speakers both with the Android app and the Windows desktop app. However, after I reinstalled Windows 10 today, the Sonos desktop app can’t find my Sonos system, unless I set my wifi network as a public network in Windows. The Android controller is still working fine.I have checked my Windows firewall settings and reinstalled the Sonos desktop app several times. I have followed all the steps in Sonos’ configuration guide, where step 4 emphasizes that the network profile must be set to private. But the only way I can get the desktop controller to connect, is to do the opposite, and set it to public. For obvious reasons, I don’t want to define my home wifi as a public network. Does anyone have a solution to this?
Had 2 Sonos speakers for a few years now. Today some songs skip due to “not encoded correctly” error (appears on desktop and app controllers). These songs have always played without. problem previously and they are in a playlist created 10 years ago on iTunes (Where they still work without error). One particular playlist skips the first 3 tracks entirely. I have read some explanations which. claim. it could be wifi interference, but this issue is only on specific songs not constantly.
