I've had problems in the past when I couldn't reset my CR200. I've tried pulling the battery, and still the CR200 won't charge in its cradle - the orange light lights up, but doesn't blink, the controller doesn't turn on, and the controller seemingly doesn't charge.
I've had this happen in the past, and tech help by phone provided a specific keystroke pattern with the buttons to reset it or start it up. Can someone please let me know that sequence please?

Press the Music Button to access Music Menu
Tap Settings
Tap Controller Settings
Tap Advanced
Tap Factory Reset Controller
Outside of this, there is no button press sequence to reset or turn on the CR200. It may be possible that the screen has gone bad. In this case, I would recommend giving our technicians a call to get this replaced if needed.
