In the last 2 weeks my Sonos disappeared from my Windows based laptop app and iphone based app,

I have got it back on my iphone cannot get it back on my windows based app. 

Tried all the usual, updated app, rebooted everything.

 

Any ideas please.

The problem you report probably has something to do with your network topology - my recommendation would be to for you to get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports, and in a timely manner.

Make sure your WiFi network is not considered “public” - needs to be “private” for Windows to allow local network access.
