Play 5 connection issue

Hi I am unable to connect my play 5 after switching broadband supplier , I have tried resetting the play 5 , resetting the app connecting with Ethernet cable nothing seems to work . I can see the Sonos play 5 connected to the WiFi mesh network but can’t add it to the app. I get the error message unable to join temporary Sonos network. Has anyone had similar issues?

When you connect a speaker to you network, if using a mesh system, it is recommended you connect the speaker to the main device and not a mesh node. This is especially important for some mesh systems that are wirelessly as there may be interference.

Try another factory reset, but connect the Play 5 to the main mesh device to see if you are able to get it set up.
