New W11 laptop - download and install latest Windows Sonos app from Downloads | Sonos follow installshield prompts but it gets stuck in check for updates loop, even though updates are installed and I’ve clicked “Done”. App unusable as can’t do anything but check for updates again. haven uninstalled and reinstalled with same result.

Check your anti-virus, it might be blocking it.

The Windows installer will usually give an bogus error message (has done for months) but it isn’t blocking and setup should finish and the app work.

If problems persist, try my Windows apps from the Store.
