non-matching album list between Prime and Sonos/Prime

I have an album list in Prime Music that when loaded into the Sonos App under Prime/My Music/Album it used to match perfectly.  Now when I access the Prime Album list on Sonos there are numerous random individual songs inserted into the Album list.  The inserted songs are NOT saved anywhere in Prime or Sonos.  I went back directly to the Prime app and made sure the random songs weren’t showing up there and they weren’t.   I want to get back to the simple album list but have been unsuccessful...I have deleted and reloaded my Prime Music app and Sonos app, I have disconnected and reconnected Prime with Sonos, I have turned my phone on and off. Anyone else having this issue and any suggestions...

I’m an Amazon UHD user, but the Sonos AM service ‘Albums’ match what I see in the Library/Albums area in the Amazon music App - just the sort order is slightly different in my case… I have them sorted by Album Name in the Amazon native App.

Do you have Amazon Music Unlimited? Regular Prime doesn’t get you everything.

Yes, I have Prime Unlimited...nothing changed on that front.

I just don’t think the Sonos and Amazon music apps are communicating properly.  I think most of the random songs Sonos is storing under my Amazon Prime Album list were associated with albums I had searched in Sonos and accessed through Prime but after sampling had never saved them to my album list.  Somehow a song or two from any album I accessed via Sonos/Amazon got tagged and pinned to my Amazon album list...and for some reason Sonos won’t re-synch with my Amazon Prime list.  I really want to just somehow obliterate my sonos/prime/pinned album file and recommunicate with Prime...removing sonos or prime apps doesn’t do it and Scan for New Content doesn’t seem to be overwriting the file either.  Right now my Sonos Pinned Amazon Album list is so long, I can’t really peruse it like I would like...so this feature has become kind of useless to me.

Last bit of information...when I go to the Amazon Prime app/library/albums I have 59 albums/entries...when I go to Sonos app/Your Services/Amazon Music/my music/albums 102 even after trying all the app reloads, service disconnect/reconnect, and also the rescan.

If you are not able to resolve the matter, perhaps go onto speak to Amazon and/or Sonos Customer Support to see if they can maybe help you to get it sorted.
