How to update my music libray index using Sonos v.16.1 android app

Hi, i’ve made a fallback from the new Sonos android disaster app to the old gold edition Sonos v.16.1 app.

Everything seems to work fine… until i needed to update my music library index to add my new purchased music.

When i try to update my music library index - i get a message that i have to update the app before i can perform this :-(

Has anyone a solution for this using v.16.1?

The windows app is still great, but can’t update the music library index anymore.

I’m using a NAS for all my music that mysteriously disappear if i update to the new Sonos android disaster app (properly the SMB v.1 bulls***).

Any help is appreciated :-)

Regards - a sad Sonos owner...

UPDATE!

There’s now a brand new update of the Sonos windows app available that enables the “Update Music Library Index’ function (no longer greyed out), and it works!

So i’m back on the track for now.
