app not working


Is anyone else opening the Sonos app and it says Sonos like normal than just goes to a black screen

No, it’s working okay here. As a first suggestion, is the device you’re using perhaps short on storage space?

No it’s running a beta system I suspect that to be the reason. I just tried it on my work phone and it works fine.

Ah yes, the Sonos Apps (and other Apps) are not guaranteed to work with any beta operating systems. I think others have mentioned that it is not working with iOS beta v17.4, for example, so that’s ‘likely’ the cause of your issue.
