Sonos Move

I have 2 Move portable speakers. The app used to recognize both, but now does not recognize one of them. It is on a working charging station and connected with a working adapter into a working outlet. However, it does not charge or turn on when on the plugged in charging station. The only activity displayed is an orange light for about 10 seconds near the bottom front of the speaker. No other lights appear. I reset the wifi and that did not help.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues getting your other Move working.

The orange LED when you place is normal behaviour when you place the Move on the charging base. If the Move is showing the orange LED when on the charging base I’d assume it’s still able to work and power on, but there might be another issue with it.

I’d suggest contacting our support team for further assistant as they have the necessary tools available to help you troubleshoot this issue.
