I’ve had the Arc with official Sonos wall mount for a bit over a year now, and this entire time I’ve had intermittent issues with crackling during sounds that have high bass. Short of getting a mount without magnets (or hacking up the Sonos one), anyone know an existing way to disable it?
If not, to Sonos engineering: can you please give us the option to force-disable this wall-mount EQ adjustment in software? Or even better, let us adjust the level of its impact with a slider.
